Included with Kinetiq HQ Club plans
Email your whole club community. Keep every family on side.
Kinetiq HQ Marketing turns the adults already on your Team rosters into lists, tags and Smart Lists — then sends tryout, camp and registration emails, one at a time or as a sequence of up to five. Consent, unsubscribes and bounces are handled before anything leaves.
Teams → contacts
Import the adults from any Team you own. Minors are always left out.
Lists, Smart Lists, tags
Hand-picked groups, rule-based groups and #labels that work together.
Sequences of up to five
Announcement, reminder, last chance, thank-you — scheduled in your club’s time zone.
Consent built in
Every recipient is rechecked before every send. One-click unsubscribe on every email.
Contacts
Your audience is already in Kinetiq.
Link a Team and its parents, guardians and coaches arrive as marketing contacts — with their source, role and status beside every name.
- Linked Teams. Import and refresh adult contacts from Teams you own; the Team Owner approves the link.
- CSV import. Up to 20,000 rows, mapped column by column, with duplicates and invalid rows skipped for you.
- Filter anything. Status, role, tag, list, Team, source and recent activity — then save the filter as a Smart List.
- Bulk actions. Tag, untag, add to or remove from a list for thousands at once — with a 10-second undo.
Lists, Smart Lists and tags
Three ways to group people. One audience at send time.
A List is people you pick. A Smart List is people who match your rules, and it keeps itself current. A tag is a label you put on anyone. Mix all three in a campaign and duplicates are removed automatically.
Pick exactly who’s in
Search and add contacts, see exclusion counts in the header, share with every marketer in the workspace, archive when the season ends.
Rules that update themselves
Role, name, email, tag, source or list membership. Match all rules in a group, or any of up to three groups. See the count before you save.
Labels that mean something
#interested-in-clinics, #u10, #volunteer. Apply one at a time or in bulk; rename or delete and every Smart List follows.
Campaigns
Five steps from idea to inbox.
Details, Audience, Emails, Schedule, Review. Each step saves as you go, and nothing sends until you confirm.
- 01DetailsName, type — tryout, camp, clinic, registration, tournament, open gym — From name and a verified Reply-To.
- 02AudienceInclude and exclude Teams, Lists, Smart Lists, tags or single contacts. Live eligible count.
- 03EmailsOne email or up to five. Start from a template or reuse a sent email.
- 04ScheduleOn a date, or a number of days after the previous email, in your workspace time zone.
- 05ReviewBlocking checks for address, Reply-To, audience and content. Confirm to freeze the list.
Seven blocks
Up to 50 per email. Move, duplicate or delete any block.
Five starting templates
Tryout announcement · Camp or clinic announcement · Reminder · Last chance · Thank you. Placeholders like [Program name] must be filled before you can schedule.
Personal by default
{{first_name}} {{last_name}} {{organization_name}} — with a friendly fallback when a first name is missing.
Preview as anyone
Render the email for a real contact, read the plain-text version, or send a test to yourself.
Autosave and undo
Saving… → Saved, with undo and redo. If a colleague edits at the same time, nothing is overwritten.
Reuse what worked
Copy a sent email or duplicate a whole campaign as a private draft for next season.
Results
Numbers you can trust.
Delivered, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed — per email, per link and per family. Email-security scanners are filtered out of clicks, and opens are labelled as the estimates they are. See who won’t get the next email and why, then export the whole result set as CSV.
Consent and deliverability
The careful parts are already done.
Youth sports email has to be done right. Every rule below runs automatically — your marketers can’t skip them by accident.
Adults only
Known minors are always excluded. Imports require an adult attestation.
Recorded consent
Express consent or existing relationship, with an optional expiry date that’s enforced.
One-click unsubscribe
In the footer and the inbox header. A link scanner can never unsubscribe someone.
Double opt-in to return
Resubscribing needs a confirmation within 24 hours. Admins and imports can’t undo an unsubscribe.
Bounce and complaint holds
Hard bounces stop at once; three soft bounces in 30 days pause a contact for 7 days.
Rechecked every send
Eligibility is checked again before each email in a sequence goes out.
Compliant footer
Your club’s name, postal address and the reason they’re receiving it — on every email.
Reputation guard
If complaints or hard bounces climb, sending pauses for a review before it hurts your club.
Marketing preferences are separate from Team messages — unsubscribing from club news never silences practice updates.
